We aim to make paradise accessible and the process seamless. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Direct Bank Deposits, and mobile money transfers common in Eswatini and South Africa. For your peace of mind, all bookings are confirmed with an official invoice and receipt.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure typically qualify for a partial refund or travel credit, minus a non-refundable commitment fee. Because we pre-book boutique stays and local transport, policies may vary by trip; however, we always strive to be as flexible as possible for our travelers.
Absolutely. If you need to swap a roommate, change a meal preference, or adjust your travel dates, just let us know. While changes are subject to availability and potential third-party provider fees, our team will do the heavy lifting to ensure your trip remains stress-free and aligned with your needs.

Our fleet is equipped to handle everything from smooth highways to the sandy tracks of Ponta do Ouro, ensuring a cool and relaxed ride while you take in the views.
Yes! For our scheduled group tours, we have a central meeting point in Manzini. For private or custom bookings, we can arrange door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services within Eswatini. We handle all the logistics at the border posts (Goba or Namaacha) so you can keep your focus on the holiday ahead.
We make the border experience as seamless as possible. Our experienced drivers guide you through the process, ensuring all vehicle permits and entry requirements are in order. While travelers are responsible for their own passports and any necessary visa fees, we provide up-to-date advice on what you’ll need before we depart to ensure a swift transition into Mozambique.
We strive to be as flexible as your travel plans. If you need to change your pickup location within Eswatini or add an additional passenger to your private transfer, please notify us at least 72 hours before departure. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute adjustments, changes are subject to vehicle capacity and pre-arranged border manifests. For group tours, any changes to the set departure time are usually not possible to ensure we stay on schedule for the rest of the guests.
Booking is a two-step process designed to give you peace of mind. First, you’ll receive a formal quote and digital itinerary once we’ve confirmed your dates. To officially secure your spot, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit is cleared, your booking is confirmed, and the remaining balance is typically due 14 days before we depart for the coast.
We offer flexible options including EFT (Bank Transfer), Direct Deposits, and popular mobile payment platforms available in Eswatini and South Africa. All payments are confirmed with an official receipt for your records.
Life happens. While deposits are generally non-refundable to cover our pre-paid lodge and transport commitments, we allow you to transfer your booking to a friend or family member, or in some cases, move your deposit to a future tour date if notified 30 days in advance.
We believe in "Honest Travel." Our packages are all-inclusive of transport, accommodation, and specified meals. The only things not included are personal insurance, visa fees (if applicable), and your own "sun-downer" drinks or optional extra activities like scuba diving or deep-sea fishing.
